The target groups of the project fall into the following categories:
➣ 30 young beginner artists participating in the shadowing mobility program (women / men, secondary / higher education, age 14-24, urban / rural);
➣ 30 young beginner artists participating in creative camps (women / men, secondary / higher education, age 14-24, urban / rural);
➣ 30 young novice artists who benefit from group mentoring from professionals in order to develop artistic skills;
➣ 30 artists and cultural professionals participating in innovative trainings (women / men, secondary / higher education, Bucharest, age 18-65 years);
➣ 120 participants in 3 workshops on entrepreneurship, project management and online marketing to develop the skills of beginner and professional artists (women / men, secondary / higher education, age 18-65 years, entrepreneurship concerns, cultural project management, online brand promotion );
➣ 40 beneficiaries of the individual consulting program for beginning artists and professionals in the creative and cultural fields for the realization of a business plan (women / men, secondary / higher education, age 18-65 years, urban / rural, creative start-up launch concerns /cultural);
➣ 450 participants in the cultural seasons with 3 concert-type contemporary art initiatives with the participation of the public for the promotion of young debut artists;
➣ 450 participants in the cultural seasons with 3 contemporary art initiatives type exhibition with the participation of the public for the promotion of young beginner artists.
